HOTEL OVERVIEW
O:live Boutique Hotel is an adults-only property crafted for romantic and serene escapes. For families or guests traveling with children, we recommend our sister property, Aire de O:live, which welcomes guests of all ages.
ROOFTOP
The rooftop restaurant is open to outside guests and welcomes both locals and visitors for dining and drinks. However, pool access is exclusively reserved for registered hotel guests to ensure a private and serene experience.
The rooftop features an indoor plunge pool with views of the Condado lagoon. It’s perfect for a refreshing dip and relaxing ambiance, paired with food and beverage service from our rooftop restaurant.
Our rooftop space includes comfortable seating. For sunbathing our guests also enjoy access to the Nube Solarium at our sister property O:LV 55, located just steps away, for additional sunbathing space and amenities.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND AMENITIES
We offer rates that include breakfast, or you may also enjoy our à la carte options on the rooftop.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If your arrival is before 4:00 PM and the room is not ready, we can hold your bags and you are welcome to start enjoying the facilities.
A credit card hold is required upon check-in to cover incidentals. The hold is $150 for a one-night stay and $250 for two or more nights. Please contact us for any additional information.

Gran Cru Honeymoon Suite
While all of our suites evoke a romantic tone, the Gran Cru Honeymoon Suite is our most romantic accommodation. It has been designed with an extended living-room area and an extra-large outdoor patio. The suite’s private veranda features a dining area for two, an outside shower, and lounge sofas ideal for a romantic sojourn.
While both are excellent accommodations, the O:live Style Suite boasts a larger indoor area and features an outdoor plunge bath, whereas the Mediterranean O:asis Suite offers a fountain on its private terrace rather than a plunge bath. Additionally, the O:live Style Suite has a frosted glass shower, while the Mediterranean O:asis Suite features an all-glass, see-through shower.
All of our suites at O:live Boutique Hotel are designed with a single queen-sized bed. If you’re looking for accommodation with two beds or space for more than two guests, we recommend the Gallery Suite with Balcony at our sister property, O:LV 55, which offers double rooms fitting up to four guests.
Select suites, including the Grand Cru and Lagoon View Suites, offer outdoor private terraces with partial lagoon views. Contact us directly for personalized recommendations.
The suites that feature the private outdoor rain showers are: Mediterranean O:asis, O:live Style Suite, Partial Lagoon View Suites and the Gran Cru Honeymoon Suite. We have the option for cold or heated water to provide a refreshing, tropical experience ideal for the local climate.
EXPERIENCES
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our property, we only allow service animals as defined by ADA law. If you are planning to visit with a service animal, please contact us in advance so we can assist with your arrival experience.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION
We are approximately 10 minutes (about 3 miles) from the San Juan cruise terminal, depending on traffic. We can also arrange transportation to and from the cruise ship for your convenience.
Conveniently located in Condado, San Juan, we are about a 15-minute drive from the airport. We can arrange private luxury transportation upon request. Call us directly to book your transfer.
El Yunque Rainforest is approximately one hour away. Public transportation is limited, but we’re happy to help you arrange private transportation or a guided tour. Just give us a call and we’ll coordinate everything for you.
We offer 24-hour valet parking for our guests at a nightly rate of $22 with unlimited in and out privileges.
Condado is one of San Juan’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods. Restaurants, boutiques, and beaches are all nearby. Ask our concierge for personalized recommendations based on your interests.
The surrounding area offers a wide array of upscale dining, casual eateries, and lively lounges. Our concierge can curate suggestions tailored to your taste and occasion.
O:live Boutique Hotel is lagoon-front, however, Condado Beach and other swim-friendly spots are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Our signature experience is a private floating deck set directly on the calm waters of the Condado Lagoo, designed for unforgettable moments in an exclusive lagoonfront setting. We offer three distinct experiences:
Dinner Under the Stars – A candlelit private dinner for two with a chef-curated menu, perfect for proposals, anniversaries, or simply a romantic night to remember.
Sip & Tan – A daytime escape featuring a thoughtfully arranged picnic setup with prosecco and charcuterie.
Ideal for lounging in the sun while gently floating on the lagoon. Sunset Floating Deck – A golden hour favorite. Enjoy a bottle of wine or cocktails while watching the sun set over the lagoon—tranquil, romantic, and truly unique.
